Beyond Layers – Day 8

Today’s photo is an example of how your surroundings impact the mood/tones and overall feel of images. If this had been set up in a white room, the total feel of this image would have been totally different. Usage of Vintage Texture from Kim Klassen and using a gradient overlay gave this a lovely feel. Here you can see the before and after.
The still life was set up on my raw teak dining room with 2 unpainted canvas backdrops. The two little books are part of a series “Thoughts by Nanushka” Wonderful uplifting little readings.
